Dipti Srivastava

Dipti Srivastava is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and technology innovation. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Equinix since August 2018, Dipti oversees the architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-native Identity and Access Management solutions. Dipti is also an active member of the Leadership Circle at Neythri.org, supporting the advancement of South Asian professional women. Previous roles include Engineering Leadership Mentor at Plato, Head of Software Engineering at Current, powered by GE, and Manager of Software Engineering/Principal Architect at Apollo Education Group, where significant contributions were made to the Adaptive Academic Learning Platform. Dipti's career began at BMC Software as a Senior Staff Software Engineer.
