Renu Tewari

Renu Tewari is currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Bain Capital Ventures since September 2024 and is a Leadership Circle Member at Neythri.org, focused on empowering South Asian professional women. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, Renu has held significant roles at LinkedIn, including Sr. Director of Engineering for Data Infrastructure, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 200 engineers and overseeing large-scale data analytics and streaming infrastructure. Previous positions include Director of Engineering at Cloudera, significant contributions at IBM Almaden Research, and co-founding pushcache.com. Renu holds a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a graduate program in Databases at Stanford University.
