Nancy Stefanowicz

Nancy Stefanowicz, SPHR, has held various human resources leadership roles throughout their career. Nancy currently serves as EVP & CHRO at NFI and also holds the title of Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, Nancy was a Director of Human Resources at Hess and Manager of Human Resources at Jiffy Lube International. With a strong educational background from Harvard Business School Executive Education and Fitchburg State University, Nancy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role as a Board Member at CS Energy.
