Samantha Kelly is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health support and customer service. Currently serving as a Clinical Case Manager and previously a Direct Care Counselor at NFI North since December 2020, Samantha provides critical care and supervision to adults with severe mental health challenges. Prior experience includes roles as a Regency Club Host at Hyatt Regency, where exceptional service was offered to VIP guests, and as a Residential Counselor at De Paul Treatment Centers, providing guidance to youth clients in rehabilitation. Additional roles in customer service, captioning, and transportation highlight Samantha's versatile skill set. Education includes a Certification Course in UX/UI Design from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
