Brad Burdick

Brad Burdick is an experienced executive in the field of business development and executive benefits, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at NFP Executive Benefits since March 2025 and previously as Vice President in the same department since January 2020. Burdick specializes in benefits equalization, talent retention, and providing comprehensive retirement solutions for both corporate and non-profit entities. Prior to NFP, Burdick held various roles, including Project Manager at ICON Construction, Owner of Idea Net LLC, and National Sales Director for Executive Benefits at Lincoln Financial Group. With a solid foundation in finance and marketing, Burdick began a career in the insurance sector at ING Security Life and American Century Investments, bringing a wealth of knowledge in executive benefit plans and client support. Educationally, Burdick holds Bachelor's degrees in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and Economics from Florida State University.
