Katy Stowers

Katy Stowers serves as Vice President, Legal Counsel, and Consultant at NFP since April 2020, while also holding the position of Of Counsel at Krieg DeVault LLP since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Katy held various senior leadership positions at FirstPerson from February 2012 to February 2022, including Senior Vice President, Compliance and General Counsel, EVP, Managing Director and General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, and Managing Director and General Counsel. Katy began her legal career as a Senior Attorney at Krieg DeVault LLP from February 2007 to February 2012, following a tenure as Shareholder at Wolf & Morrison, PC from January 1996 to February 2007. Katy also gained experience as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Robert H. Staton at the Indiana Court of Appeals from September 1993 to January 1996. Katy holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, American History, and German language from DePauw University.
