Lauren Erxleben

Lauren Erxleben is an accomplished HR technology professional with extensive experience at NFP, where positions held include Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President in HR Technology and Shared Services from July 2017 to present. Prior to NFP, Lauren served as Vice President of Client Service at NFP/ProBen, managing the client service team and driving client satisfaction through strategic initiatives. Additionally, Lauren held roles such as Director of HRsolutions, overseeing benefit administration and employee communication functions, and served as Director of Training and Communications at Professional Benefits Solutions. Lauren earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
