Early professional experience includes working as an Økonomimedarbeider at Bydel Stovner from May 2013 to August 2016 and a winter internship at Deloitte Norway in January 2015. Eirik holds a Master's degree in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, along with exchange studies at the University of California, Berkeley and the National University of Singapore.
