Linn Holm Strømskroken currently serves as the Director of HSSEQ & People at NG Nordic, overseeing HR, health, safety, security, and organizational development for Norsk Gjenvinning, Norway’s largest provider of recycling and environmental services. Previously, Linn held various HR management roles at Intelecom Group, where significant responsibilities included managing HR strategy across multiple countries, handling restructuring processes, and leading employee development initiatives. Linn also has experience in service and account management roles in the IT and telecommunications sectors, as well as a background in customer communication solutions and administrative support. Education includes a BSc with Honours in Business Administration and Management from Aston University, and participation in leadership development programs through NHO’s Female Future initiative.
