Premkumar D has worked in the technology industry for over 14 years. Premkumar began their career in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer at Servion Global Solutions. In 2012, they moved to BryterCX as a Data Architect. In 2014, they returned to Servion Global Solutions as a Technical Manager. In 2019, they became Head Of Engineering at Vknowlabs. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Lead Solutions Architect at NGDATA.

Premkumar D completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dr. MGR university between 2008 and 2011. Premkumar obtained their Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Muruga Polytechnic College between 2001 and 2004. Premkumar also attended nazareth matriculation HSS. In 2015, they obtained the Cloudera Data Analyst Training: Using Pig, Hive, and Impala with Hadoop certification from Cloudera. In 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
