Chun Ming Teoh

Chun Ming TEOH, PhD, serves as a Lecturer I in Biomedical Science at Ngee Ann Polytechnic since March 2014, focusing on cultivating well-rounded students through various educational initiatives. TEOH teaches a range of subjects including Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, and Medical Microbiology, while actively engaging in respiratory and cardiovascular research, particularly in relation to asthma, lung cancer, and myocardial infarction. Additionally, TEOH has extensive experience in coordinating student activities, internships, and developing business initiatives within the educational sector. Prior roles include serving as a Scientific Researcher from March 2013 to March 2014 and a Research Assistant from October 2009 to October 2010 at the National University of Singapore's Lung Disease Research Laboratory. TEOH holds a PhD in Biomedical Science and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
