Konstantin Chumachenko

Konstantin Chumachenko is the CEO of NGENIX, a prominent Russian cloud security and CDN provider since April 2007, where NGENIX assists companies in securing and enhancing their web assets. Chumachenko served as a Member of the Board and Deputy Director of Development at MSK-IX from September 2006 to July 2023, managing business development for one of Russia's busiest internet exchange points. Prior experience includes directing carrier relations at RTComm.RU from September 2003 to March 2006, focusing on sales, bandwidth analytics, and peering coordination, and working as an R&D engineer at France Telecom from September 1999 to August 2003, where responsibilities included traffic modeling and interaction with academic institutions. Akademically, Chumachenko holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université Côte d'Azur and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University.
