Holly Mueller

Holly Holloway Mueller serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at NGM Biopharmaceuticals since August 2020. Prior to this role, Holly held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Gilead Sciences from January 2016 to August 2020, where Holly focused on leading, drafting, and negotiating complex collaboration and licensing transactions, supporting external collaborations, and providing legal and regulatory compliance counsel. Holly's legal career also includes experience as an attorney at Cooley LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP, concentrating on life sciences clients, licensing, collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Holly earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and an AB in History and Science, with a focus in Biochemistry and 20th Century American History, from Harvard University.
