Bernadette Inglis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial and cooperative sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Newcastle Greater Mutual Group since March 2023, Bernadette also holds the position of Non Executive Director at GWA Group Limited and has been Chief Executive Officer at Newcastle Permanent Building Society since July 2019. Previous roles include key positions at Westpac, where responsibilities spanned from retail operations to group operations and procurement. Bernadette's career began at Commonwealth Bank, contributing to business development and lending. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Macquarie Business School and a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney. Currently, Bernadette is pursuing further education at INSEAD and holds a graduate membership at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
