Alice Thomson

Alice Thomson is an experienced Senior Research Nurse at NHS Lothian since October 2020, contributing to various hospital departments including Acute Medical and Covid wards. Alice serves as a Challengers’ Committee Member for Nursing Now Challenge since June 2021 and previously worked as a Research Assistant on the global Nursing Now campaign's final report from March 2020 to May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse at NHS Borders and working in Orthopedic Trauma and Elective nursing. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Sexual and Reproductive Health from Queen Margaret University and a Bachelor of Nursing from The University of Edinburgh. Earlier employment also includes a role as a waitress with Off to Work.
