Amegad Abdelgawad

Amegad Abdelgawad has extensive experience in healthcare management and medical practice. Currently, Amegad serves as the Edinburgh Primary Care Transformation Manager and South Edinburgh Health Centres Manager at NHS Lothian since March 2010. In addition, Amegad has been a Medical Doctor and Business Manager in private practice since January 2003. Prior experience includes a role as a Resident Doctor at University Hospitals from August 1999 to December 2002. Amegad holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School, obtained between 2008 and 2011, along with a Doctor of Medicine Diploma from Damascus University, completed in 2001, and additional training at Fairfield General Hospital from 2004 to 2005.
