Tim Creech, CMA, MSA, is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in fiscal operations and GAAP financial reporting. Currently serving as the Senior Accounting Manager at Niagara Conservation since July 2014, Tim has previously held roles such as Lead Accountant and Senior Accountant at Michaels Stores, Inc. and other organizations. Tim's experience includes overseeing financial reporting for approximately 3,700 residential units during a pivotal expansion and coordinating financial aspects of property management transitions. Tim holds a Master of Accounting degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, complemented by a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Institute of Management Accountants.
