Franco Meffe

Franco Meffe is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since October 2006, Franco has held various positions at Niagara Region, including Director of Human Resources, Acting Director of Human Resources, Associate Director of Employee Relations, and Manager of Labour Relations. Previously, Franco worked at TRW Automotive from May 2002 to October 2006, serving as Manager of Human Resources and HR Coordinator. Franco holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Niagara College, obtained between 1990 and 1994, and a High School Diploma from Denis Morris High School, earned from 1986 to 1990.
