Rikard Henriksson has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Rikard started their career at Skanska in 1994 and held various roles within real estate & development. In 2006, they became the CEO of Skanska Commercial Development in the Czech Republic. Rikard left Skanska in 2010 to join Järvastaden AB as their Chief Executive Officer. Rikard stayed with Järvastaden until April of this year, when they became Managing Partner at Niam AB.
Rikard Henriksson has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and has taken multiple management programs at IMD.
