Alan Mandujano

Alan Mandujano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and community management. Currently serving as Head of Latin America and Emerging Markets at Niantic, Inc. since 2019, Alan has successfully led various initiatives to enhance engagement within the Pokémon GO community, including significant live events and marketing strategies across Latin America and other emerging markets. In parallel, Alan contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching game development and design. Previously, Alan founded Pokémex, growing it into the largest Pokémon fan community in Latin America, and held various technical and leadership roles at notable companies, including Anheuser-Busch InBev and SLB. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's in Business, Innovation, and Creativity from CENTRO diseño | cine | televisión.
