Tiffany N. is an experienced UX Designer currently working at Niantic, Inc. since September 2020, where roles have included UX Designer II, UX Designer I, and Associate UX Designer, focusing on enhancing user engagement and retention for Pokémon GO. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Design at 81cents, where Tiffany improved compensation reports and conducted user research to support equitable salary negotiations for women and minorities. Tiffany has also completed a UX Design Apprenticeship at Treehouse and contributed as a Graphic Artist at The Daily Californian. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Media from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate's degree in Language Arts and Humanities Studies - French from San Diego Mesa College.
