Dean Simmonds is an experienced program manager with a comprehensive background in business development and sales within the telecommunications and public sector. Currently serving as Program Manager for the National Industries for the Blind since July 2014, Dean oversees project development initiatives related to service contracts. Previous roles include National Business Development Sales Manager at NIB, where Dean facilitated sales growth through a network of non-profit agencies, and various positions in business development and account management across several companies, including A&T Systems Inc. and USA Mobility Wireless. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University.
