With extensive experience in governance, Gary chairs the National Industries for the Blind Board and previously held the position of Vice-Chairman from 2008 to 2010. Gary's legal credentials include membership in various bar associations, with a significant role as Chairman and Chief Administrative Judge at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Contract Appeals from 2003 to 2006. With a strong educational background, Gary holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, along with advanced degrees in Health Systems Management and Government Executive Management.
