Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the National Industries for the Blind since January 2014, Kyna provides strategic direction in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Previously, Kyna was the Senior Director of Human Resources at NIB and held key positions at the DC Government, City of Philadelphia, Cox Enterprises, and AmeriHealth. Kyna's education includes an MBA and BBA in Human Resources from Temple University.
