Ville Väisänen has extensive work experience in financial planning and business control. Ville began their career at Nordea Markets in 2009, where they worked as a Controller and later as a Senior Controller until 2013. In 2013, Ville joined Nordic Investment Bank as a Financial Controller and then progressed to the role of Senior Business Controller. Ville served as the Head of Business Control from 2019 to 2020 and currently holds the position of Head of Financial Planning.
