A.G.Z. Kemna

Mrs Angelien Kemna was appointed to the Supervisory Board in 2018. In addition to this role at NIBC, Mrs Kemna is Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee of AXA Group, non-executive director of AXA IM and member of the Supervisory Board of FrieslandCampina. Most recently she was Member of the Executive Board and Chief Finance and Risk Officer of APG Group (2014-2017) as well as Member of the Executive Board and Chief Investment Officer of APG Group (2009-2014). In the period 2012-2017 Mrs Kemna was Board member on behalf of APG at the Duisenberg School of Finance. From 2007-2011 she was Endowed Professor of Corporate Governance at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Mrs Kemna holds a PhD in Finance of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
