Arjan van der Padt

Arjan Van Der Padt has over two decades of experience in financial markets and risk management, currently serving in the Financial Markets Credit Risk department at NIBC Bank since December 2000, with responsibilities focused on monitoring and advising on credit and counterparty risk related to financial institutions and products. Previous positions at NIBC include Market Risk Manager, Mid Office Treasury Operations, and Money Market Trader, where Arjan managed trading books and conducted risk assessments for new product approvals. Before joining NIBC, Arjan worked as an Investment and Mortgage Consultant at Rabobank Hoeksche Waard. Arjan holds multiple professional qualifications, including the Sustainability and Climate Risk certification from GARP and the Financial Risk Manager designation, as well as advanced degrees in finance and banking.
