Aysegul Caliskan

Aysegul Caliskan has extensive experience in risk management and business process analysis, currently serving as a Risk Manager and Operational Risk Champion at NIBC Bank since October 2019. In this role, Aysegul identifies and monitors key risks and controls while optimizing risk business processes. Previously, Aysegul was a Senior Business Process Analyst at Credit Europe Bank N.V., where responsibilities included analyzing and designing business processes for compliance with regulatory requirements, liaising between IT and Compliance, and developing user manuals and automated reports. Before that, Aysegul held multiple roles at Garanti BBVA for over six years, focusing on business requirements analysis and project management. Early career experiences included internships at Avea and IBM. Aysegul holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
