Amy Gillin

Amy Gillin has a strong background in process improvement and logistics, with over 14 years of experience in various roles at Bayer. Amy began their career as a Business Intelligence/Logistics Senior Analyst and worked their way up to Director positions, where they led initiatives in order-to-cash process excellence, logistics technology, and organizational effectiveness. Most recently, they have joined NIBCO INC. as the Director of IS Strategic Initiatives.

Amy Gillin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Amy also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
