Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits and compensation management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Human Resources at NIBCO INC. since August 2016, Chris has previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Benefits & Compensation and Compensation and Benefits Manager. Prior to NIBCO, Chris worked as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Postle Aluminum Company and as the Manager of Total Rewards at Press Ganey. Earlier in the career, Chris was the Benefits Manager at the University of Notre Dame and the Director of Human Resources at Monaco Coach Corporation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Butler University and Indiana University South Bend.
