Lisa M. Shaw

Lisa M. Shaw, MHR, is an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at NIBE since September 2011, Lisa has held various roles, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Manager, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and benefit plans for approximately 50 employees. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resource Administrator at Emerson Heating Products and a Classified Traffic Coordinator/Graphic Designer II at The Daily News Journal. Lisa holds a Master of Human Resources from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications from Asbury University.
