Ivar H. Kristensen

Ivar H Kristensen serves as the Strategic Advisor and CEO at Tokt AS, focusing on interim management, strategy development, leadership, corporate affairs, and change management, while also engaging in strategic initiatives for Skift – Business Climate Leaders and holding the position of working chairman at Kapo AS. With a robust background in leadership, Ivar previously was the CEO of Hovedorganisasjonen Virke, where significant membership growth was achieved during the pandemic. Ivar has also held key leadership roles at Teknisk Ukeblad, Tekna, and Nordic Innovation, contributing to substantial transformations within these organizations. In terms of education, Ivar is currently pursuing further studies at Stanford University and holds an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics.
