Aishwarya Aradhye

Aishwarya Aradhye is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at NICE Ltd since August 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes and managing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Previously, Aishwarya worked as a Human Resources Executive at DR Signgraf Solution from February to November 2021, focusing on recruitment strategies, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
