Bernard Francisco

Bernard Francisco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management within the customer service and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Program Manager at NICE since June 2022, Bernard leads partnerships with Certified Implementation Partners. Prior to this role, Bernard held a Senior Transition Manager position at Sitel Group, where responsibilities included leading program scopes in collaboration with stakeholders. Previous experience includes managing operations at IBEX and Alorica, where Bernard focused on optimizing team performance and client satisfaction. Bernard began a career in customer service at TELUS International Philippines after completing a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
