David Bauer

David Bauer currently serves as the Director of UX/UI at NICE, leading efforts for AI-powered proactive omnichannel outreach since January 2024. Prior to this role, David was the Senior Director of UX/UI at LiveVox from March 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included streamlining user interface and enhancing user experiences for various products. Previous experience includes positions as Creative Director at IQventures, focusing on design and branding for multiple products, and at Questline, where team development and client pitches contributed to company growth. David's career also features art direction roles at Moxie and Rapp Collins Worldwide, where notable campaigns were developed for major brands. An early career began at Interactive Drama Inc. as an Application Developer, shaping experiential education applications. David holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Creative Writing from James Madison University and has studied at the Art Institute of Dallas.
