Shiri Neder

Shiri Neder is an experienced human resources leader with a comprehensive background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at NICE Ltd since March 2018, Shiri previously held the position of Corporate Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Nova Measuring Instruments from July 2015 to February 2018. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Amdocs, where Shiri led HR for R&D and corporate functions, and roles at Microsoft and Pelephone focusing on HR management and development. Shiri's academic credentials include an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA in Business Administration, and multiple degrees in Organizational Sociology and Criminology.
