Troy Shepherd

Troy Shepherd has held various leadership roles within the higher education sector, currently serving as a Senior Partnership Executive for Higher Education at Niche since August 2019, after previously working as a Partnerships Executive in the same field. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Southern New Hampshire University, where efforts focused on competency-based education for working adults. Troy also held multiple positions at Strayer University, culminating in the role of Regional Director of Client Operations, overseeing client operations across major regions and managing onsite programs with corporate partners. Earlier career highlights include serving as a New Hire Trainer and Admissions Manager at EDMC, as well as business development at T3 Global Strategies and work as a Real Estate Broker at Century 21. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ohio Valley University.
