Currently serving as a Professional Pilot at NICHOLAS AIR since August 2022, Rondo also holds the position of President at The Plane Truth, LLC, providing guidance in aviation asset acquisition and maintenance since February 2001. Previous roles include Regional Field Service Manager and Project Manager at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp, and Aftermarket Service Manager at WEG, Electric Machinery. Rondo has a robust background in managing large teams and overseeing complex operations within global energy organizations. Military experience includes service with the United States Army and Minnesota National Guard, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant while leading flight operations training.
