Katelynn Havener Mochun

Katelynn Havener Mochun, MBA, currently serves as the North America Customer Success Team Lead for PTC Education, focusing on the company's Cloud SaaS CAD solution, Onshape, and its educational initiatives. Katelynn is also an active member of the Early Career at PTC Employee Resource Group. Additionally, Katelynn holds significant roles at Nichols College, including Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors and Adjunct Faculty in Undergraduate Programs. Previous experience includes positions at WorkStep as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Consultant and at Millward Brown Digital as an Account Manager, among other roles in admissions and marketing.
