Frederic Masse has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Frederic has held various leadership positions in different companies. From 1997 to 2002, they worked at Menard Soltraitement as the Korea/Far East Manager and later as a Project Manager. In 2003, they became the Vice President of Engineering at DGI-Menard Inc before being promoted to the Corporate Director of Research & Development at Menard Group in 2011. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the President and Executive Vice President at MENARD Group USA. In 2019, they joined Nicholson Construction as the Vice President Corporate Services. Throughout their career, Masse has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has played a significant role in strategic planning, operational management, and growth of the companies they worked for.
Frederic Masse obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from CentraleSupélec from 1990 to 1995. Frederic also pursued an MS in Civil engineering from the same institution between 1992 and 1995.
