Jose Torres is a seasoned Project Manager at Nicholson Construction, with extensive experience in large-scale grouting projects such as Red Bluff Dam, Chimney Hollow Reservoir, and Boone Dam, where expertise in high mobility and low mobility grouting techniques was demonstrated. Prior to this role, Jose served as a Field Engineer at Jacobs, focusing on quality control and inspection of geotechnical techniques for the East Side Access project in Queens, NY. Jose began the career as an intern at NYSDOT, contributing to highway rehabilitation design. A graduate of NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
