Baljit Singh is an accomplished corporate development executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategy formulation, and investment management. Currently serving as SVP and Global Head of Corporate Development at Nielsen, Baljit has successfully led M&A strategies, executing 20 transactions across multiple countries. In addition, Baljit is an Advisory Board Member at Evergreen Trading, leveraging media investment strategies. Previous roles include VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Avaya, where Baljit executed significant acquisitions and divestitures, and positions at TCS, Citi Investment Bank, UBS Investment Bank, and Verizon, showcasing a strong background in financial analysis and corporate strategy. Baljit holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
