Max Fletcher

Max Fletcher is a professional with extensive experience in project coordination and illustration. Currently serving as Manager of Project Coordination at NielsenIQ, Max oversees a team, collaborates cross-functionally, and ensures alignment on standards and challenges. Previously, Max excelled as a Senior Project Coordinator, providing critical project guidance to client-facing teams. In addition, Max operates as a Freelance Illustrator, delivering customized artwork and managing client relationships. Prior roles include Coordinator at Shedd Aquarium, where responsibilities spanned data management and team leadership, and Customer Care Specialist, engaging with guests and enhancing their experience. Max holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Northern Illinois University and has participated in a summer program in Cartooning at the School of Visual Arts.
