Oladele Agboola

Oladele Agboola, LL.M., FCIS, has over 19 years of experience as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement Systems PLC, where responsibilities include managing board governance and committee establishment alongside a unique Board of Bank CEOs and Executive Directors. Prior to this role, Oladele served as Company Secretary, Legal Adviser, and Head of Administration at Trust Bank of Africa Limited from 1994 to 2001. Oladele holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) specializing in Company Law, International Economics Law, Labour Law, and Secured Credit Transactions from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.(Hons.)) from the University of Ife (now OAU).
