Joyce GADET is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Niji since July 2022, Joyce has specialized in various domains including Digital Design Agency, Infrastructure SI & Cloud, and Cybersécurité. Previously, Joyce held the position of Responsable recrutement at ON-X Groupe from March 2021 to July 2022, and prior to that, served in multiple roles at Groupe PSA from September 2016 to January 2021, including Chargée de Recrutement & Mission Handicap and Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Joyce GADET holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from IGS-RH, a Diplôme Responsable Ressources Humaines in Gestion des ressources d'information from Essym, and a Licence in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
