Their early career includes roles as a Service Technician at Danish Crane Building and a Trainee/Service Technician at Aalborg Industries.
Ole Skatka Jensen has a diverse education history. In 2018, they completed the Executive Management Programme at INSEAD, where they studied Strategy, Innovation, and Leadership. In 2012, they attended the MAN Executive Academy and Gustav Käser Training International for a Leadership Programme and Presentation Training. The following year, in 2011, they participated in the MAN Financial Excellence International program, and also pursued a General Management Program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2008 and 2009, they furthered their education in Change Management with the MAN Executive Academy. Additionally, they completed programs in Leadership and Technical Update Courses at the MAN Executive Academy and PrimeServ Academy from 2006 to 2001. In 1997 and 1996, they underwent training in Alpha Tronic 2A and Propel & Gear systems at the PrimeServ Academy. Ole Skatka Jensen's educational journey began in 1983, when they studied Mechanical Engineering at TECHCOLLEGE, which they completed in 1987.
