Hemant Chaskar

Hemant Chaskar is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in enterprise security and cloud security across various leadership roles. Currently serving as CISO and VP of Information Systems at Nile since December 2024, Hemant previously held key positions such as Chief of Product & Platform Security and VP of Engineering at Exabeam, and Cloud Security Head at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Hemant's expertise includes DevSecOps, cloud security engineering, and product security, with prior roles at companies like Arista Networks, Mojo Networks, and AirTight Networks. Hemant holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an M.Eng. in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Indian Institute of Science, and a B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from COEP Technological University.
