Lugardo Paredes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supplier quality and production management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Sr SPM Manager for the AMER region at Nilfisk and previously as the Sr SQDE Global Manager for Americas at Nilfisk México, Lugardo has held various leadership roles, including Supplier Quality Manager and Production Transmission Manager with reputable companies such as Honda de México and Delphi. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Queretaro, Lugardo has a strong foundation in quality systems and continuous improvement, having implemented successful strategies that resulted in significant cost reductions and efficiency gains. Additional training encompasses various specialized certifications in quality control and management from esteemed institutions.
