Daniel Roberts has a strong background in operations management and leadership roles. Daniel began their career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at the Home Office, where they quickly advanced to become an Administrative Officer (Caseworker) and then an Executive Officer (Team Leader), managing a team of case workers and admin assistants. In 2007, they took on the role of Executive Officer (Team Leader) in a different team, where they implemented process improvements and increased productivity. Daniel continued to progress within the Home Office, taking on various management and leadership positions, including Executive Officer/Intelligence Lead and Higher Executive Officer (Acting). In these roles, they focused on training, mentoring, and implementing measures to tackle abuse in immigration systems. In 2015, Daniel transitioned to the private sector, joining Nimble Approach as an Operations Manager. Daniel then moved up to the role of Head of People & Operations before ultimately becoming the Chief Operations Officer in January 2020.
