With a background in IT consulting and sales management, Rikard has held various leadership positions in companies such as Symantec Hosted Services, SoftScan, Schneidler Företagen, and IMS Data. Additionally, Rikard was a Partner at Rocket Brewing Company until it was acquired in 2021. Rikard's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through their founding of Express Music and various other ventures.
